The rooms are completely furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The kitchen is also completely equipped with furniture and electrical appliances. The bathroom is newly renovate and has a window and a tub. Washing machine, WiFi and electricity are also available and included in the rent.

For students from Leipzig or Halle (Saale) this is a cheap option for accommodation, since the train station with around the clock connection to Halle (Saale) and Leipzig ist only 10 minutes away.
The apartment is located in the student-quarter of Dessau-Roßlau. The Bauhaus is 10 minutes by bike away.
Shopping, restaurants, doctors, physiotherapy are near the accommodation.
You can reach the city-center in about 7 minutes by foot.

There will not be any additional payments for additional rental costs. (Nebenkostennachzahlung)
