German Native Speaker - Experience in non-profit & culture sectors

Hello!
I am a an theatre artist and a teacher in Leipzig. I don't currently have a job to offer, but am keenly interested in started a community center built around creative projects and inclusion. I have quite a few ideas already what this will look like, but I would like to find a business partner who is adept in non-profit work, speaks & writes German fluently and also has a passion for the arts.

To let you know about me, I having been living and teaching in Leipzig/Halle for 11 years and have been creating and facilitating drama & theatre based projects for 6 years. I speak German well, but am not fluent. I am American, but intend on staying here. I just recently received my master's in education in learning and teaching in the arts, and am ready to take new steps towards dreams I've had on hold during my studies.
