We’re hiring a German-speaking Beauty Adviser for an international beauty & cosmetics project in Porto.
You’ll support customers via chat, phone, email and digital channels, provide product and beauty advice, and help with orders, deliveries, returns and refunds.

What you need:
• Native-level German
• English B2+
• Good communication & IT skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 08:00–20:00)
Previous beauty, cosmetics, luxury, social media or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese working rights are required.
