Looking for a new home in Leipzig Südvorstadt / KarLi

Hi everyone

My name is Hamdi I’m Tunisian living in Germany and I’m currently looking for a new room in a friendly, clean, and respectful WG in Leipzig Südvorstadt / around KarLi.

I’m already living in KarLi, which I really love, and I would ideally like to stay in this area. Unfortunately, the owner of our current house needs the apartment for personal use, so the three of us currently living there will have to move out.

I work full-time and I’m a responsible, easy-going, tidy, and open-minded person. In my free time, I’m quite sporty and enjoy staying active. I also love music, exploring new places, discovering restaurants, and trying new food.
I speak Arabic, French, and English, and I’m currently learning German. My German is improving day by day, and I really enjoy learning and becoming more confident with it. 😊
For me, a WG is more than just sharing an apartment. I would really like to find a good company and a friendly atmosphere, where we can communicate openly and make the home a comfortable place for everyone.
I enjoy having conversations from time to time, sharing ideas and experiences, and talking about different topics. I also think it’s nice when everyone communicates about house planning, cleaning, shopping, and all things necessery , so that everything works well and everyone feels comfortable and happy.

I don’t really want a situation where everyone simply lives in their own corner and does their own thing. Of course, everyone should have their own privacy and personal space, but I would also love to have some moments together maybe cooking or eating together sometimes, having a coffee, watching something, or simply sitting together and talking. I think these little moments are what can make a shared apartment feel like a real home.
I’m not looking for a perfect WG, but rather for nice, respectful people who are open to creating a good atmosphere together.
