We’re hiring German-speaking Technical Customer Support Advisors for an international technology & entertainment project in Lisbon.
If you’re comfortable with technology, enjoy solving problems and like the idea of starting a new chapter in Portugal, this could be a great opportunity.
🎧 What will you do?
• Support German-speaking customers with technical and general enquiries
• Troubleshoot problems and guide customers step by step towards solutions
• Help customers with products and services
• Provide clear, friendly and professional customer support
• Work as part of an international support team
💰 What can you expect?
• Approx. €1,243–€1,612 gross monthly compensation
• Performance bonus up to €150/month
• Meal allowance

• 15 working days of compensated training in English

👤 What do you need?
• Fluent/native-level German
• Minimum B2 English
• At least 1 year of continuous full-time work experience
• Completed secondary education
• Comfortable working with technology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site

Eligible international candidates can receive relocation assistance and access to a company accommodation option in Lisbon. Full relocation and accommodation conditions will be explained before candidate submission.
