Ready to take your B2B sales experience into the digital advertising industry in Lisbon?
We are recruiting English-speaking sales professionals for an international digital advertising project. Depending on your experience and project needs, opportunities may include Sales Development, Client Partnership or Account Management.
What you'll do
• Work with B2B advertisers and advertising agency partners
• Prospect and reach out to potential new clients, primarily through outbound activity
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities
• Support client onboarding and activation
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers and agencies
• Help clients improve their digital advertising performance
• Handle objections and identify suitable advertising solutions
• Manage client portfolios, campaigns and business relationships
Salary & benefits
• €1,248.33 gross monthly package before taxes, including base salary, monthly holiday/Christmas allowances and meal allowance
• Variable performance bonus up to €2,000 gross/month
• Private health and dental insurance after contract signature, subject to applicable requirements
• Portuguese employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months
• 22 days annual holiday
• Full training provided
Working hours
40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, within the project operating window of 08:00–18:00.
What we're looking for
• Excellent spoken and written English
• At least 1 year of B2B or outbound sales experience
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Confidence communicating with business clients
• Interest in digital advertising, online platforms and campaign performance
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese working rights are required
Experience with digital advertising agencies, advertising technology, digital platforms or campaign planning is highly relevant.
Training
Training lasts 15 working days, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, and is conducted in English. It includes product training, assessments, role plays, simulations and supported on-the-job practice.
Training is proportionally compensated following successful completion under the applicable training agreement.
