What you'll do
Support German-speaking banking customers with their enquiries
Provide clear information about banking products and services
Handle customer requests and help resolve questions
Communicate professionally and handle sensitive information responsibly
Follow established procedures and quality standards
Deliver a positive customer experience across different situations
What we're looking for
Native German speaker with no foreign accent
English at B2 level or higher
At least 1 year of full-time professional work experience
Education equivalent to at least 9th grade
Clear, professional communication skills and a structured approach
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential information
Availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese working rights are required

Approx. €1,259–€1,643 gross per month, depending on the applicable package
